Myanmar announces bad weather causing military plane crash

Hanoi (VNA) – Bad weather
caused a Myanmar military plane with 122 people on board to crash last month,
local authority announced on July 19, saying it is one of the deadliest
aviation accidents in the country’s history.

stall, said state media.

Force, was carrying 122 people, including 108 passengers and 14 crew members,
and 2.4 tonnes of cargo when it lost contact with air traffic control around 30
minutes after take-off from Myeik city on its way to Yangon.
