of Yen Bai’s Tram Tau district on late September 3.

The two deceased are Vang Thi Phenh, 49,

The injured locals were taken to the
province’s Nghia Lo General Hospital, some 40km away from the town, for
emergency treatment.

visit the affected households.

USD) was given to families of each of the deceased and 2.7 million VND (119 USD)
was granted to families of those injured.

during rain and lightning.
