Concert to mark Vietnam-Japan diplomatic ties

(Cinet) – On June 23, in Hanoi, the German Embassy launched a logo design contest to mark 40th anniversary of Vietnam – Germany diplomatic ties in 2015. An art performance to mark the 40th anniversary of Vietnam-India diplomatic ties and the fifth anniversary of the two countries’ strategic partnership took place in Hanoi on October 14. The event was jointly held by the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organisations and the Indian Embassy in Vietnam. Speaking at the event, Indian Ambassador to Vietnam Ranjit Rae highlighted the increasing developments in the multifaceted relations between the two countries, especially in culture. (Cinet)- On January 29, in Dak Nong, a photo exhibition celebrating the 45th anniversary of Vietnam - Cambodia diplomatic ties opened. The event was part ofthe “Vietnam Year in Italy ”, which aims to celebrate the 40 thanniversary of the Vietnam-Italy diplomatic ties (1973-2013). After playing the national anthems of the two countries, 33 Vietnamesesymphonists performed excerpts from works by Gioachino Rossini andBeethoven.
