TOTO Vietnam has just opened its second high-grade sanitary ware factory in Thang Long Industrial Park in Dong Anh District, Hanoi. The factory with whole Japanese US$52 million raised total Toto’s investment in Vietnam to US$75 million.  The plant, which kicked off construction on 46,000 square meters in February 2005, is the first in Southeast Asia to be equipped with large-scale assembly line able to make 750,000 sanitary ceramic items a year. NDO – The Republic of Korea (RoK)’s Anam Electronics Company held a ceremony this morning to inaugurate its consumer electronics plant in Duy Tien district, the northern province of Ha Nam. The construction of the factory began in October 2013 on an area of 20,000 square metres at Dong Van II industrial zone with a total investment of US$31 million. The plant is designed to manufacture 3 million products per year, including electronic sound systems, consumer electronics and audio-visual equipment that are exported to European and American markets.
