Winners of the ‘Hanoi – the City I Love’ photography and video contest were presented awards at a ceremony on October 27 in Hanoi. In the photography category, Thi Tho from Ho Chi Minh City won the first prize with his photo entitled ‘Mua Tren Cau The Huc’ (Rain on the Huc Bridge).
