The Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) is in the top 100 list of products and services vying for the title of the most trusted savings product in Viet Nam. The “Trust and Use Awards 2017” was organised by the Consumption Advisory Magazine under the Viet Nam Economic Times. This is the seventh time SeABank has been named in the list, an acknowledgement of the bank’s efforts to offer the best retail products and services to its customers meeting their demands and financial capacity. It also affirms consumers’ confidence in the bank’s product and service quality. The “Trust and Use Awards” nominate products and services in seven categories: finance-banking-insurance, food and retail, fashion-cosmetics-beauty services, household appliances-interior decor, pharmaceuticals and health care equipment, tourism-resorts-real estate and telecommunications-technology. The results are based on consumer votes in several criteria, including product quality, safety, clean and energy-saving manufacturing and brand prestige, among others. The awards have been presented annually since 2006. Recently, SeABank was also listed among 15 Vietnamese banks in The Asian Bankers’ AB500 ranking and survey of Asia Pacific’s strongest banks. It was awarded the “sustainable business” title by the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry. – VNS
