The 12th Taste of the World Festival to be held in Ho Chi Minh City

According to the Organizing Board, about 200,000 people came to the culinary festival titled “Taste of the World 2014” held in Ho Chi Minh city from December 4th to 7th. Visitors to the event enjoyed a wide variety of dishes from 21 countries/territories from around the world with 60 businesses hosting 120 booths, including hotels and restaurants. Ho Chi Minh City will host the Southern Fruit Festival in its SuoiTien Tourist Area in district No.9 from June 1-20 with a view ofhonouring values of exotic fruits and growers in Vietnam and thesouthern region in particular. The European Music Festival 2016 will take place from November 18 to December 3 at the Youth Theatre and Vietnam National Academy of Music in Hanoi and the Conservatory of Music in Ho Chi Minh City. This annual cultural event is jointly-organized by the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam, the Embassies of EU Member States and the European Cultural Institutes.
