Rescuers approaching the troubled trawler Earlier, at arounf 2:17pm on January 8, fisherman Huynh Van Cuong, 43, vomited blood while working on trawler BD95395-TS of Truong Sy Hoang from Tam Quan Bac commune, in Binh Dinh province’s Hoai Nhon district, at waters of Vietnam’s Hoang Sa (Paracel) archipelago. Receiving the information, the Vietnam Maritime Search and Rescue Coordination Center (Vietnam MRCC) sent immediately ship SAR-412 with a medical team from Da Nang City Emergency Center to the scene to assist the patient. PANO – On the morning of April 18th, ship 9002, under the Region 2 Coast Guard Command, towed troubled boat QNg 98614TS ashore from the waters of Da Bac island, Hoang Sa (Paracel) island of Vietnam.
