Who are you?” Hai answered, just before Phuoc pulled the trigger and shot him. Hai was rushed to the hospital with the trace of a bullet running through the head from the left temple. He died later. The shooting incident occurred after a woman with whom Phuoc had a love affair called him on his phone, saying that her 19-year-old daughter had been coaxed by Hai into taking drugs, spending time in clubs and leaving her mother’s house without her permission. The origin of the weapon used is under investigation, for it is not the type that traffic police are supposed to carry. Another man involved in the case is Tran Tuan Sinh, also in Bien Hoa, who had pointed out Hai’s location to Phuoc, according to VietNamNet…. [Read full story]
