Addressing the 13th ASEM Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (ASEM FMM13) in Myanmar’s capital city of Nay Pyi Taw on November 21, Minh highlighted impacts of traditional and non-traditional challenges, plus threats caused by terrorism and extremism.
