On May 11th evening, Haiphong City and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with 11 provinces and cities in the Red River Delta organized the Opening Ceremony of the Culture - Sport - Tourism Week under the National Tourism Year of Red River Delta and the 2nd Red Flamboyant Festival.
