Vietnam’s top leaders pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh on February 13, 2018. Delegates expressed their gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, the founder and leader of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and honored his contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and nation.
