The minister also pointed out limitations regarding lecturers, infrastructure and training methods at schools under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT). Besides, high-quality human resources must meet requirements and standards of both domestic and foreign markets, Anh said, stressing that in order to reach the target of becoming a supplier of high-quality human resources for the international labor market, Vietnam should promptly set forth specific actions and solutions. Major General Nguyen Manh Hung, General Director of the Military Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel), revealed the “reverse methods” employed by Viettel, adding that students should practice before learning theories. Teachers should only be the coach and teaching should covers all sectors, instead of focusing on a major, said Hung. Source: VNA
