Accordingly, youths joined dissemination and education activities, including seminars, exchanges and talks with war veterans, and camp-fire activities. The organizers also visited and presented gifts to newly-recruited enlistees, especially needy ones to encourage them to fulfill military service. On the same day, Cau Giay district of Hanoi held a meeting with youths who were enlisted in the first enlistment drive in 2018. At the meeting, all of the enlistees expressed their determination to promote the tradition of the Vietnamese youth to fulfill effectively assigned missions while serving the military, deserving to be citizens of a capital of the thousand-year civilization.
