Viettel commits itself to building “Smart City” in Phu Tho

Under the MOU, Viettel will focus on specific areas such as healthcare, education, public administration and tourism to build the “Smart City” model coupled with the city of cultural festivals. According to Viettel’s officials, Phu Tho is the 8th province in which Viettel has signed a deal on building the “Smart City” model.
